Good-bye crib

2008-04-06 15.45.06.jpgSunday night was Natalie’s first night sleeping in a real bed. We were a little worried because in addition to switching from a crib to a queen-sized bed, she was also switching rooms. Thankfully, it went very smoothly. She cried for a few minutes, but then settled in and slept the whole night in her new bed. She woke up in the morning at 7am as usual and got out of bed by herself and headed downstairs to look for us.

Last night went smoothly as well. Natalie came out of her room once shortly after going to bed, but settled right away after being put back to bed and didn’t get up again until the morning. This morning she came into our room to find us first and then went downstairs and got her sippy cup of milk from the fridge all by herself. Now all we have to do is get her to make her own breakfast and we’re set! ;)

In other news, Christina is now 25 weeks pregnant. The baby seems to be very strong and active. I have been able to see and feel the baby moving for the last few weeks. It’s still amazing the second time around.
